Spa Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation so that we can assist to prepare you for your treatment. This includes consultation with your spa therapist to ensure you receive the best possible care. Please understand that late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.
Pregnancy
We have specifically customised treatments to suit the needs of mums-to-be and nursing mothers. Please allow us to help guide you in selecting the treatments that will be most suitable for you during the special time. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, please advise our Spa Concierge at the time of booking. Treatments that are not suitable during pregnancy are indicated in our menu.
Medical Conditions
When making your booking, please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that might affect your treatment experience.
Minimum Age
A minimum age of 16 years is required for all treatments, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Spa Etiqutte
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. In light of this, our spa is a mobile phone and smoke free environment.
Booking Policy
It is Jindii policy that a 50% deposit is paid for at the time of booking. This can be done through our online booking system and the PayPal gateway or by phoning our Spa Reception, or by providing your gift voucher number.
If after booking an appointment you can no longer attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place at no extra cost

Price Change
The prices shown in the website and our menu are subject to alteration without notice.
Change/Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 100% of your treatment booking cost. This charge is non-refundable and non-transferable and includes the forfeiture of any gift voucher. Exceptions will be made with a valid medical certificate.
For group bookings, should you cancel your appointment with less than 3 business days notice you will be charged 50% of your total booking cost.

Zero Tolerance For Inappropriate Or Rude Behaviour
Spa therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual/abusive or rude component to it whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full treatment fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities, if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
Gift Certificates
Jindii EcoSpa gift vouchers may be purchased for any dollar value. Our gift vouchers can be purchased online or from our Spa Reception.
Gift vouchers are not cash refundable and no refunds will be issued for differences in value if entire value is not redeemed.
Please note that our gift vouchers, while versatile and designed to offer you the freedom of choice, cannot be redeemed for our specialist service such as Remedial Massage.
Remedial Massages are a highly specialized treatment aimed at addressing specific health and wellness concerns. Our dedicated therapists are extensively trained to provide this service, which requires a unique skill set and tailored care.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
